Update, finally!

First, here was my food from my flight out of Peru.

Here is my incredible leg room. Legs were fully extended in this picture.

My room at the house.

Courtyard at the house. Straight ahead is the dining area and my bedroom is directly to the right.

Last week I decided I needed more shirts, so I went to the market. I found this lovely gem for only 20Q, or a little over 2USD. Ever heard of Boynton Beach?

Beautiful example of a chicken bus. This is what I take everyday.

And I don't know what to call this guy, but he hangs out the bus and shouts Guate! Guate! to signify that the bus is going to Guatemala City. And yes, they all hang out the bus like that.

Forgive me if I'm repeating myself, but these buses are cramped! Remember trying to fit 3 kids in each seat at school? Well try 3 adults. With a full row of 6 across it's nearly impossible to squeeze past. The buses take turns pretty sharply, so if you're sitting in the middle, you may end up squatting over the aisle during a turn.

And here are some Antigua photos. It is a rather beautiful city. There are some lovely old churches that I've taken a few pictures of.

This is the road I live down.

Church at the central square.

Beautiful architecture at the square.

Cobblestone! Everywhere!

Tuk-tuk.

And on our walk home from our project, we found some cows grazing. This one had horns, which was quite comforting.
